Does anyone have a step by step guide on how to integrate p2. The eclipse wiki is confusing.

I want to basically allow users of my RCP app to install new plugins and update existing plugins. I want to customise the look of the p2 UI.

Also is it possible to just display plugins on an update site or do I have to wrap each plugin in a feature.
