A plug-in project is an OSGi project... plug-ins are the same as OSGi
bundles. What are you looking to try to do?

I want to create a new project for a OSGi jar downloaded from the internet so that it can be used by other OSGi projects.
I use Spring 2.5.6 to develop my application.
Is this correct?
Use Eclipse, New Project, Plug-in Development, Plug-in from Existing JAR Archives, OSGi framework (Equinox),
Select "Analyze library contents and add dependencies".
Execution Environment: OSGi/Minimum-1.0.
run with: an OSGi framework: standard.
Select "Unzip the JAR archives into the project".
