Hello,

I'm looking the link to "New and Noteworthy" for Eclipse Platform Helios release
to write my blog to join the Helios Blogathon.

Recently the links of Helios milestone's "New and Noteworthy" are "404 Not
Found" for me.
Where is the link?

Click the M builds, you will find the link for N&N for that build

BTW,are all content from download.eclipse.org are moved to archive.eclipse.org?
The links are broken in the "New and Noteworthy".

Should I file this to Bugzilla?

I suggest you look at the What's New sections in the Help of the latest
build:
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/I2010060 8-0911/index.php
There you find the combined New and Noteworthy for the whole release.
