I'm using Eclipse CDT with Photran and Cygwin.
When I tried to build a Fortran-Static-Library project (a simple Hellow World routine) I got the following massage:

**** Build of configuration Debug for project Hello ****

Nothing to build for project Hello

Trying to build the same routine as an executable didn't give me any problem.

That just means that the project was already build and make has nothing to do.
