Hello

I updated my target definition with the mylyn weekly update site.
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/weekly/e3.4

My installation contains only the two features:
Mylyn SDK 3.4.0.I20100427-0000-e3x
Mylyn Task List 3.4.0.I20100427-0000-e3x

Well after the features were downloaded I'm missing a couple of bundles. e.g.
org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.ui
org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.core
and some more.

The funny thing the source bundles are downloaded:
org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.ui.source_3.4.0.I20100427-0000-e3x .jar
org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.core.source_3.4.0.I20100427-0000-e 3x.jar

Did I do something wrong or is the update site broken?

BTW. I'm using the following settings in my target definition
Show only the latest version
Include all environments

As of last week there is a new uncategorized feature that you will also need
to add to your target which contains the commons plug-ins now:

Mylyn Commons

I'll send out an email to mylyn-dev and mylyn-integrators to provide more
background on that.

Thanks for that, I actually looked at the uncategorized features. How the hell could I oversee that....

Strange though that the source packages are delivered with the other features.

The SDK feature includes sources for all plug-ins available from the update
site to simply consumption. Most other projects include the actual binaries
as well but in the case of Mylyn that would pull in a lot of other
dependencies such as CDT and PDE so we decided to provide a more
"lightweight" SDK with sources only and few dependencies.

That said, there is some discussion to extend the scope of the SDK features:

260666: include developer guide in SDK feature
