I thought I'd share some trivia that crossed upon my mind a while ago!
During my regular code cleanup, I bumped upon the very first classes
that was written in the SWTBot code base[2], and how it has largely
remained unchanged[1] over the last 2 years!
Here's how the first version of swtbot performed a click on a button[3].
This was before the time when you could rightclick>run as>swtbot test.
Infact swtbot did not have a launcher and the only way to try out if
swtbot worked was to hit a magical keystroke 'CTRL+SHIFT'[4] to trigger
the PlayBackThread.
This keystroke continues to be the keystroke to activate the eclipse spy.
It's been a lot of fun since then!
