is the output of the console, e. g. from an Ant build run, also logged in a
file - if yes, where?

Hi Thomas-san,

If I got your point correctly, can you check below:

Go to Run / Debug Settings
-> Go to 'Common' tab
-> Select 'File' checkbox in 'Standard Input and Output' group and specify output file name, which is not selected by default.
