Hi!

I´m looking for maven plugin which generates uml class diagrams from
source code during the maven build lifecycle.

Is it possible to use modisco for that?

I read something about running eclipse plugins headless (invoked via
command line).

Now i wonder if it is possible to write a maven plugin which invokes a
headless eclipse plugin which uses the modisco plugin.

best regards
Jan

Hi Jan,

Until now, we don't provide specific standalone versions for any MoDisco components.
Nevertheless, we stay open to relevant contributions of this kind.

However, MoDisco is already providing a Discovery Workflow allowing chaining several actions (e.g. leading to the generation of a UML model from an initial Java project).
Maven is not integrated today, but it could potentially be considered as long as it can be plugged in our framework via the provided extension points: http://wiki.eclipse.org/MoDisco/Components/Workflow/Document ation/0.9

I hope this will clarify the situation according to what we currently have in MoDisco.

Best regards,

Hugo
