I've developed an Eclipse view that utilizes draw2d. I need to add printing support. I've looked at the PrintExample.jave in cvs: it is pretty basic.

I'd like to leverage as much as possible from GEF and GMF ideally providing "Page Setup", Print Preview", page breaks, etc... (i.e., all the nice user friendly stuff).

Can someone highly familiar with this technology suggest how I would best approach this task?

Thanks in advance.

In GMF printing has been implimented....

You can study the code from GMF and try to rewrite the same for "Page Setup", Print Preview", page breaks, etc

GEF also has these functionalities then again you have to dig....

for start see org.eclipse.gef.ui.actions.PrintAction and
org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.diagram.ui.printing.actions.PrintPre viewAction
