headless buckminster 3.6 fails to install: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot find a public [message #524393]

Hi,

I have a problem installing headless buckminster 3.6 on windows.
Here are the steps:

1. download and unzip
org.eclipse.buckminster.site.eclipse.headless_1.2.0.r11249.z ip

2. install with the follwing command

C:\ide\ibm\director>director -r
file://C:\zip\eclipse\org.eclipse.buckminster.site.eclipse.h eadless_1.2.0.r11249\
-d
C:\ide\ibm\buckminster-headless-3.6\ -p Buckminster -i
org.eclipse.buckminster.cmdline.product
Installing org.eclipse.buckminster.cmdline.product 1.2.0.r11245.
Operation completed in 18641 ms.

3. now the installation seems to be ok but it IS NOT, e.g. buckminster
listsite gives the following error

C:\ide\ibm\director>cd ..

C:\ide\ibm>cd buckminster-headless-3.6

C:\ide\ibm\buckminster-headless-3.6>buckminster.bat listsite
Features:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot find a public member 'id' in
a org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.metadata.expre
ssion.Everything

any idea ?

downloading from the update URL (and not the ZIP file) works.

can you please remove the zip file from the website ? (the invalid
r11245 version)

thanks ! update url works, zip file is broken/contains the bug.
