When I read the proposal, I didn't get a good idea of what the project is going to deliver. So, is the goal a runtime/headless API, or a UI framework? Working from Dasein and jclouds, does this mean that there will be a transition of those codebases to Eclipse? What's the plan - or is that still in a flux state?

cheers

i suppose this is kind of dead and gEclipse is what we should look at.

AFAIK its kind of abstraction to deployment to cloud.

At this point, the project is still early stage. Ultimately it'll be a GUI tool to help you easily deploy projects to various cloud providers. And yes, it will use Dasein and jclouds.

Mike,

Cloudsmith is interested in possibly contributing to this project. How
should we go about getting involved?

Thanks,

Kenn
