Hi Henrik (you got me intrigued :-)

I tried downloading b3 via the update site but the URL is wrong.

please see: http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/b3/download/
The update site for eclipse is wrong (two characters got switched)

wrong and right URL are below
http://download.eclipse.org/modleing/emft/b3/updates-3.6
http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/b3/updates-3.6
