Unable to Integrate Fat Jar Eclipse Plug-In [message #522288]

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate fat jar plug-In to Eclipse according to the steps given in the link "http://fjep.sourceforge.net/#about"

I have downloaded the net.sf.fjep.fatjar_0.0.31.zip and unziped in c:\eclipse location.I also copied the jar file to c:\eclipse\plugins folder as well.

For the moment net.sf.fjep.fatjar_0.0.31.jar file is available on all 3 following locations.

C:\eclipse
C:\eclipse\net.sf.fjep.fatjar_0.0.31\plugins
C:\eclipse\plugins

Then I have stopped and restarted eclipse with command
eclipse -clean.

But Once I right click on a file in project explorer I cannot find the Fat jar entry in the drop down list.

Have I missed any step here?
Can somebody help me on this please?

Those instructions look outdated; you can no longer just drop things
into the Eclipse plugins directory. Try extracting it into the dropins/
directory and re-starting Eclipse.
If that doesn't work, write to the plugin author(s) and ask for updated
instructions for installing into Eclipse 3.5
