I just updated to Eclipse and Xtext Helios M6. When creating a new project, MWE2 support is missing:

Bundle 'org.eclipse.emf.mwe2.launch' cannot be resolved

and I cannot edit or run the .mwe2 generator file. How can this bundle be obtained? I only have org.eclipse.emf.mwe2.runtime.

Thanks in advance,
thSoft

I found it in the update site "TMF Xtext Update Site (Milestones)" - http://download.itemis.com/updates/milestones under the feature MWE 2 language SDK. But why isn't it installed automatically with Xtext and why is Xtext's version number 1.0.0M6 instead of 0.8.0M6 in the update site?

Hi Dennis,

the feature setup is currently work in progress. Mwe2 will be available
with the Xtext SDK (or a similar umbrella feature) in the future.

The version number is intentionally 1.0.0M6. We are planning to leave
the incubation state and graduate for the Helios release.

Regards,
Sebastian

It is not automatically installed, because Xtext can't have a dependency
to MWE2 language, as the language depends on Xtext and is therefor built
after Xtext was built.

However, we'll make sure that it becomes easy to install everything in
future. But for M6 you'll have to install the MWE2 language from

http://download.itemis.com/updates/milestones

Sorry for the inconvenience,
Sven

Thanks for the explanation!

And really, the version change is on the eclipse.org project page. Congratulations! I fully support this.
