Hello,

Please explain how to restore the 'welcome (or intro) screen' for v3.5.x and how to make it permanently display the welcome screen after eclipse is fully loaded (not referring to the splash screen). I installed a lot of plugins and eventually eclipse started presenting only a workspace after loading. This isn't the behavior I want and the choice to bring up the welcome screen manually isn't in the 'Help' menu after versions 3.2.
