Eclipse freezes while "loading org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.ui" [message #518840]

Hello,

I recently installed mylyn and created a bugzilla repository, and then added a new query for some bugs.
I think I added a too general query with too many bugs or something like that and eclipse froze.
Now when I start eclipse, it freezes when it reaches

"loading org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.ui"

So, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but how can I stop eclipse from loading mylyn at startup?

Ok, I fixed it by deleting the stuff from .metadata\.mylyn in my workspace and using one of the backups there.
The tasklist (uncompressed) was a ~50Mb xml file, even Notepad++ froze when trying to parse it.
