b3 and Scala projects? [message #517818] Tue, 02 March 2010 09:19 Go to next message

Hi,

I just read the project proposal and it seems both interesting and
extremely relevant. I was, however, a bit curious about one thing: is b3
very coupled to Java or is it just as easy to include other JVM
languages. Specifically, how well are Scala-mixed-with-Java projects
handled in b3?

Cheers,

Anders

Hi Anders,
b3 is not coupled to Java. The tool itself is written in Java but you our objective is to provide a general purpose
build tool, language agnostic and suitable for any type of build.
