hi Rashmi,
If I get you right, you want to run or debug a local PHP script that is under a project you have.

For this to happen you'll need a PHP executable (you can grab one from http://php.net or http://zend.com/pdt)

Then you can follow the steps described in this article: http://www.eclipse.org/pdt/articles/debugger/os-php-eclipse- pdt-debug-pdf.pdf
