Starting state for a Workflow Configuration - can it be changed? [message #516556]

Hi All,

I have created a new Workflow Configuration that starts with a state other than "Endorse". However, when I create an action against an actionable item that uses the configuration, it is created in the "Endorse" state and has no content.
Have I missed a step, or does a Workflow always have to start with a state called "Endorse"?

Mark,

It was once the design that the "Endorse" state was required; however, we have since introduced the concept of the start state (regardless of the state's name). Unfortunately there is an unnecessary hard coded reference to the endorse state. Please create a Bugzilla item and we will get it fixed.
