Hi,
I have seen a few posts in relation to the problems of using XSD based ecore meta-models as input to transformations (see http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&goto=49963 0&). I'm assuming that ATL cannot understand how to de-serialise an XML file that complies to an XSD based ecore meta-model with EAnnotations. Am I correct?

I really like the way ATL/EMF can serialise models, once you have registered the output meta-model. This is why I wanted to be sure that it cannot do the opposite on an input model. I know you can do this with AM3 but it is not as pure an approach.

Any clarification appreciated!
