I'm trying to think of the right place to add a peripheral that would be accessed by (say) both the ARM and the DSP on a hetero device. For e.g, EDMA3 peripheral on the DM6446 or DM6467.
Seems like both the ARM and the DSP on the 6446/6467 would have to create an 'instance' of the EDMA3 peripheral
There are separate packages for peripherals under ti.catalog.arm and ti.catalog.c6000.

Does the EDMA3 peripheral package belong here:- ti.catalog.peripherals ?!
