Dieter,
You can find download information under
http://www.eclipse.org/buckminster/downloads.html or you
can browse the files on one of the eclipse.org mirrors,
e.g.
http://ftp-stud.fht-esslingen.de/pub/Mirrors/eclipse/tools/b uckminster/
Everything you need should be contained in the latest
(headless) archived site for eclipse 3.6. You also need to
use the latest p2 director to install buckminster. You can
find the archive in that download area as well.

The Buckminster JUnit and EclEmma code has been
committed
to the Buckminster
repository at eclipse.org. You can find the features on
our regular p2 sites,
i.e. the ones you're using anyway to install (headless)
Buckminster.
