Get rid of Example EMF Model Creation Wizards [message #509510]

Hi,

allmost finished my EMF (version 2.2) + RCP based product.

Everything seems fine, just there is still the

"Example EMF Model Creation Wizards"

entry under File->New.

How do I get rid of that? Our customers must not be able to create empty
model instances using this wizard.

Hi Dirk,

I don't use per-model wizards or editors (see my blog
http://thegordian.blogspot.com/2009/09/emf-tips-3-why-should -i-want-to.html
), but IIRC you just need to remove the respective extension from your
generated plugin.xml.

Hi Eike,

thanks, I should have hit on that by myself.

The extension is specified in the generated editor's plugin.xml
acconpanied by its implementing class.
