ERROR: Post flood triggered.
Please try again in 3955 second(s)

Is there a rule that restrict users to one message per hour?
What should I do to be allowed for more posts?

BTW, it would be more user friendly to show date and time instead of seconds count, something like

Please see http://bugs.eclipse.org/298468 for more details.
