Hi all,
I'm new for using EclipseLink as JPA implementation as I'd like to use JPA 2.0 with latest Spring 3.
I've encountered a weird exception during unit-testing which I cannot figure out why it happens. Please help!!

Joe,

I believe the issue is that you want the UserMail instances in

ordered when they are read in. To do this you need to use:

@OrderBy("mail_id desc")
private List<UserMail> sentMails;



@OrderBy causes the resulting collection to be ordered when returned from the database. The @OrderColumn specifies a 'index' column where the order of the list as it exists in memory can be maintained when the list is persisted and later read in.
