HI forum,
I'm leading a big project for a company I cannot disclose.
The project is long term until 2012. an initial contract will be on a 6 month base. Start January 2010.
We have released some of the results as Open Source:

We are looking for OAW skills to cover following positions:

2 OAW GRAILS SPECIALISTS
Responsible for the J2EE development using the Grails cartridge we developed.
Description:
• Role responsible for the development of the Grails + Jrules code on the WebSphere application server.

SKILLS:
• OAW
• Java (Must)
• J2EE (must)
• Grails (MUST very important)
• JRULES ILOG (must)
• WebSphere App server (must)
• WebSphere Smash (nice to have)
• SOAP / WSDL (must)
• Eclipse / Rational Software Developer (must)
• Subversion (must)
• OOSD (must)
• MDSD (nice to have)
• UML (Nice to have)
• English (must)
• German (nice to have)
• ability to works in Germany (must)

1 DEPLOYMENT & CONFIGURATION SPECIALIST
Description:
Role responsible for the the Management & configuration of the Development & Staging environment. Responsible for implementing an automatically build, deployment/ test concept.

SKILLS:
• OAW
• Testi framework
• Lunx / Unix Administration (must)
• Websphere Administration (nice to have)
• Db2 Administration (nice to have)
• Eclipse (nice to have)
• Subversion Administration (must)
• ILOG JRULES Administration (must)
• Ant (must)
• English (must)
• German (nice to have)
• ability to works in Germany (must)

The role require to be eligible to work in Germany, home office is possible.
