This information is generally reserved for Eclipse Foundation members. If you are a member, please send me an email (you should be able to guess my email address it's this website, eclipse.org and my first.last name with a dot).

If you have a general question (i.e., we average about a million + download requests per month) you can post it here and I'll try to help as best I can.
