Hello,

where can an Online Javadoc of SWT be found?
.... Yes, I searched by Google ...

On the site http://www.eclipse.org/swt/ on the left I found the menu item '
API Javadoc'. Unfortunately it references to the link
http://www.eclipse.org/documentation/
Sorry, but this is no Javadoc, but an overview of 'Eclipse documentation'.

And by the way:
Is there also a link to an offline Javadoc of the SWT?

It includes the SWT javadoc.

As for off-line, I don't believe the source plugins contain the javadoc, but if you go to Help>Help Contents>Platform Plug-in Developers Guide>References>API it should be there as well.

Personally, I prefer to extract the contents from the documentation
plug-in and then open it directly in the browser.

Look for a file named something like
plugins/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv_3.5.1.r351_v20090831.ja r in your
Eclipse install. The API javadoc is in the reference/api folder inside
this jar.

I've fixed the "API Javadoc" link on the swt page. It used to point at the
javadoc successfully, but help.eclipse.org seems to have changed its shape,
so the link became invalid and was being redirected to the root
http://www.eclipse.org/documentation/ page.

Sorry, but the "API Javadoc" link on http://www.eclipse.org/swt/ is not yet
fixed. It references
http://help.eclipse.org/stable/nftopic/org.eclipse.platform. doc.isv/reference/api/overview-summary.html
but obviously this page is redirected to
http://www.eclipse.org/documentation/, too

It is showing inside the Eclipse help system and with an advertisement
panel on top. I would prefer the way it was before, with just the
javadoc frames... But anyway, I don't use the online documentation heavily.
