How to wait on refresh during headless project creation from a CLI? [message #498051]

I have an Eclipse application which creates the C/C++ project in a headless manner. The issue here is I don't know how to make the application to wait until the project is fully created, that is the refresh is completed on the project.

Any ideas on how to wait on refresh? Is there some sort of join() method on the refresh job?
