This is one of the contributions (a tutorial on how to setup RAP outside
Eclipse - check the mailing list) that we intend to do.
If everything goes as expected, we will do it during next month. It's
already working from our side (Equinox & RAP with some additional features
like EasyBeans, Log Service, Configuration Admin,...).
