Hi,

I am new to stem and can not figure out how to make my own map. There are already made models of countries and so on, however, how do I make my own map? Where do I start? Is there a step-by-step manuel? The "help"manuel on STEM does not say anything on customizing my own canonical map. Any suggestions or answers would be great.

Jazz,
it is possible to develop your own maps. Currently, it requires one to
supply lat/long data for inclusion in a "geography" plugin. The format is
GML. Each node in a STEM graph has Dublin Core Metadata, the "spatial"
attribute of the metadata is used to contain a URI that points to the
appropriate GML file for that node.
