Language pack/Feature for RCP runtime [message #495229]

We are building a product based on the RCP runtime. The product configuration is based on features, and the RCP runtime is simply added as feature org.eclipse.rcp. What is the best way to include the German NLS fragments for the RCP runtime in our product?

The BabelLanguagePack-eclipse seems to contain the fragments which I need. Unfortunately, when I add the feature org.eclipse.babel_nls_eclipse_de as dependency to my product, the ant pdeBuild fails because the feature includes many fragments where the plugin is not included in the RCP runtime.

Is there a language pack especially for the RCP runtime which I've missed? If not, could the Babel project provide one?
