I would like to remove some entries in the contextual menu of an
EditorPart tab (New Editor,Close,Close All...etc).

Is there a way to do it programmaticaly or by using an extension point ?

Thanks

I'm pretty sure these are hardcoded.

As Remy mentioned, these are hard coded by the presentation.

Rewriting a presentation to remove some menu items is a lot of work, however, but it is do-able.
