Can't view Eclipse source after installing CDT6.0.1 [message #491097]

Hi,

I have a freshly installed eclipse-rcp-galileo-SR1-win32.

I can run it, create a simple plugin and view Eclipse sources (I am
viewing ElipseAppLauncher as an example).

I then install from the CDT6.0.1.zip all components except LR Parser,
Unified Parallel C and XLC (I don't need these). The install works
correctly, and I am prompted to restart.

When Eclipse+CDT restarts, it can no longer see any Eclipse source files
- all I get is the .class file display.

Any ideas on
1. Why this is happening?
2. How to fix it?
