Hi,

Does anyone know what this message means?

It shows up every time I start Eclipse. This is a new installation of Eclipse (eclipse-platform-3.5.1-win32.zip) plus the following plug-ins:

GEF-runtime-3.5.1.zip
dtp_1.7.1.zip
dltk-core-M-M200908241320-200908241320.zip
wtp-wst-R-3.1.1-20090917225226.zip
xsd-runtime-2.5.0.zip
emf-runtime-2.5.0.zip
pdt-runtime-2.1.2.zip

Notes:

* OS: Windows XP Professional SP3.
* The Eclipse Platform (runtime only) is extracted to "C:\Program Files" (using Admin privileges).
* There are 7 .link files in "C:\Documents and Settings\Glen\.eclipse\org.eclipse.platform_3.5.0_920333535\ dropins " pointing to the plug-ins mentioned above (which have been extracted to "C:\Eclipse_Plug-ins").
* Eclipse is run with a limited user account.

Any ideas?
