breakpoints in java debug aren't working [message #490206]

Breakpoints in Java debug have stopped working. I'm starting a debug configuration, put in break points, and also System.out.println() to make sure I am getting there, but it just flies right by. What can I do?

Are you using a JDK/JRE 1.6.0_14?

I was using _12, just updated to _16
