The DSDP TM team is pleased to announce that TM 3.1.1 has been released
along with the Galileo SR1 release.

Update Site:

Is there an archive (.zip) of the RSE update site available?
Similar to the cdt-master-xxx.zip file.
This makes it simpler to install RSE offline.
The RSE-SDK-3.1.1.zip file needs to be manually unzipped
into an eclipse installation, and we are looking for an installation
that can be done offline easily, so our (PTP) users can install
all the pre-reqs (including RSE) in a similar manner.
