Hi everybody,

we are using Velocity to manipulate html files in our projects. Since
Gallileo release I got a problem when opening these files .

I successfully added under General > Content Types > Text > HTML a new
content type name *.html.vm

When opening html.vm files, an error occured : Unsupported content-type
in Editor

I also tryed to add *.html.vm under File Associations menu but when I
click the "OK" button, the "*.html.vm" doesn't appear in the list and
the problem stays the same.

I found a workaround , but this solution doesn't give satisfaction.
I deleted *.html.vm associations and just put *.vm extensions, it works
fine.

The problem the is, for us, to distinguish *.css.vm and *.html.vm files.
As it seems to be a problem with "multiple dotted extensions", does
someone has an idea ? Should I report a bug ?

These sound related:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=121059
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=89859

For your future searching pleasure ... these were pretty easy to find.
I went to bugzilla andvanced search:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/query.cgi
Selected 'Eclipse' classification, put "eontent type" in Summary query
line (with "contains all the strings"). Searched, found about a 100
bungs. Then used my browser search to look for 'extension' in that list,
and found a few.
