I just checked in the model in Buckminster's SVN.
This is probably not the correct place for b3 to incubate, but I am to
impatient to wait for some official repository...

So in Buckminster's SVN, checkout:
/org.eclipse.b3.core

The model is under "model".

The rest of the implementation (under "src") contains some experiments
with the core parts (events, exceptions, etc.)

Note that the ecore diagram has embedded diagrams (or whatever such
diagrams are called) - one in each package.
