after having installed my EPf wiki, when I try to define the first user
(following the user's Guide available on the EPF Wiki site), I got the

Has anybody already experienced this error and can clarify me why it
happens ?

Hi,
Can you open a command window and enter
unzip --help
If this produces an error, this is the cause of the problem.

UnxUtils need to be installed
