Hello!

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.6-I-builds/ is not
working. Any idea whats wrong?

All repos on eclipse.org return 404 from a web browser. But I just went there and was able to find compositeContent.jar (it'll be that or one of content.jar or content.xml, etc)
