Hi,

Has this group EMWG already been founded?

I am also member of the Mobile Interest Group in the Executive Committee of
the JCP, currently working at a large Mobile carrier (but only external, so
I would represent myself or my own company, not them ;-) and having created
solutions compatible with the Mobile and Personal Java specs ever since.

So I'd be happy to join it once founded and approved.

Sorry I was out on vacation. Yes the EMWG was created and is called Pulsar.

Is it possible for Individual Members (already commiting member of Eclipse)
to join?

Sure, any member including committer members can join an Industry Working
Group.
