Hi,
I looking for a Java uml model or profile with eclipse's uml2 format. Does
it exist? Does it includes generics types like Collections<E> ?
Found this article very interesting :

http://www.eclipse.org/articles/article.php?file=Article-Def ining-Generics-with-UML-Templates/index.html

But an UML model with all java constructs may help a lot.

Thanks

Why not make your self one ?
I have just added generic support in the topcased uml importer(topcased
2.1). So you could just import the java sources.

greetings, urs.

Thx, I did a try in the topcased old importer. Going to look at the new
one.
Hand-made ? all the classes of java platform? :)
Or do you mean using a reverse eng. tool ?

I mean using the reverse tool in topcased, you can just import the rt
library and other as you like, I have also added the possibility of
importing other uml models to resolve the types. So you could start with
the rt library and work your self forward to all library's you will need.

You can try EclipseUML 2008 Studio Edition and get full support of
generics (e.g. live code and model generic types synchronization &
defining generics). See our documentation at:
http://www.forum-omondo.com/documentation_eclipseuml_2008/jd k15/index.html

The EclpseUML 2008 Studio Edition 30 days trial license download is
available at: http://www.ejb3.org/download_studio_eclipse_3.4.html
