As far as I know stereotypes do not work in behavioral models (therefor
also not for activity diagrams) of the eclipse uml editor. Is there
already a timeline when this will be supported.

thanks in advance,
Michael Felderer

Hello Michael,

Stereotypes support in Behavior Diagrams is not planned in Galileo frame.
The good news is that there is no technical difficulties in its implementation,
though this feature is time-consuming.
Michael, if you'd like to implement stereotype support in Activity and/or
StateMachine and contribute it to UML2Tools, I can send you step-by-step
instruction how to do it.

Best wishes,
Tanya.

Hello Tatiana,

thanks for your reply. I'm greatly interested in contributing the
stereotype support in behavioral diagrams.
Can you please send my a step-by-step instruction how to do it and also
the formal process how to contribute it.

thanks in advance,
Michael

Hello Michael,

I've created a request #257458 'Add profile support to behavior diagrams'
in bugzille and put detailed instruction there.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Tanya.
