Trying to get our lovely Welcome page to be as lovely on *nix. I've
searched this forum and the web and can't find much in the way of docs on
how/what to put into swt.properties to make this work (nor a description
of how the mechanism works) nor any good examples.

Can anyone offer a pointer or links to useful material?

There is an empty_swt.properties file (which isn't empty) in the Eclipse
distro which provides some guidelines and syntactic examples, but not much
of an understanding of what or why.

TIA...Millard

The swt.properties file is not well documented, usually people just copy
from a plug-in such as org.eclipse.platform that contains intro content
that displays correctly on SWT.
