if you see some red crosses in the overview of the Eclipse SDK Plugins?

I installed in this sequence :

In dtp was written something about a runtime lpgjavaruntime so I copy only
the jar-File this into org.eclipse.datatools.lpg.
Was this correct, what I done?

My Data Source Explorer shows only behind de DataSource Schema the folder of
tablem but no content.
I connect a Oracle DB witch jdbc with a 10.xxx.x x JDBC14.jar Driver
