Class diagram/stereotypes problem [message #474505] Mon, 23 July 2007 14:26 Go to next message

Hi,
I was trying to apply a stereotype to a class but wasn't able to see the
stereotype that I had defined.

I wasn't able to define the profile like it says in the tutorial. Is that
the problem? For some reason the define option is greyed out so I can't
choose it.
What could the reason be? and because i'm not able to define the profile,
is that also the reason that I cannot add stereotype to a class?

cheers,
nick

Why couldn't you define the profile? What step of the tutorial wasn't
working?

Did you select the root of the profile before attempting to select the menu?

Yes you would need to define the profile before applying a stereotype (
unless you are using static profile definition which I assume you are not
doing ).
