Yes, there is some example code in the CVS project
org.eclipse.ui.forms.examples. To get a copy of this project into your
workspace do the following:

Help/Cheat Sheets...
Open the cheat sheet Team/Check out a CVS project
Follow the steps, when you get to the "Check out the project" step enter
"org.eclipse.ui.forms.examples" as the project name.
