URI not found [message #470254] Mon, 22 June 2009 08:14 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
Hi,

I’ve created an UML model with papyrus. When I open my model with a text
editor I obtain an xmi document in wich I can read
xmlns:ecore="http://www.eclipse.org/emf/2002/Ecore"
xmlns:uml="http://www.eclipse.org/uml2/2.1.0/UML"
but this two address can’t be found in internet.

Someone could help me?

Aurélie

Aurélie,

The XMI document is not intended to be read using a text editor. Those
two URI's are just namespace information of the XMI file and their are
not targeting any existing URL.
However, you can find useful information about the Ecore language from
the EMF project page : http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/
And about the UML2 implementation :
http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/?project=uml2

Jacques
