Thanks for the creation. But do we have problems with Turkish
characters?Because Naci Dai's message have turkish characters corrupted.
(at least in newsportal)

I can see it correctly with a newsreader (thunderbird) but not the
portal. It is probably due to UTF-8 encoding of the turkish characters.
Default for the portal is english.
